Twin Hulks say GOOD MORNING!

HTB tried to run out this morning without his green power; good thing I’m quick on the roll and can toss out one of those bad babies in less than four minutes! bahaha. This was a good one.

  • massive quantities of baby spinach
  • almond milk
  • 2 tsp raw cacao
  • spirulina
  • vanilla sun warrior
  • ground flax
  • splash agave

What was life before green monster goddesses?

Well, people, yesterday I was an eating DISASTER. I found myself craving all SORTS of things that I haven’t even thought of in sixish weeks! I wanted scrambled eggs, egg salad sammies, grilled cheese, etc. etc. I was insatiable! I decided that I would give in a little, and went to the ‘Bux and got myself a panini (tuna) and a green tea to eat. Mind you, I had already eaten my IN CLASS snacks on the train TO CLASS. Lord. And I was still hungry after my panini!

I got home and whipped up another batch of spaghetti squash/sauce/cheeziness, and ate that while I read my book (in a Heathcliff fever!) and Twilight played in the background. Then when HTB got home, I ate a vegan naan while we watched Law Abiding Citizen (pretty good!) and then had a lemon italian ice before bed. And believe you me, I could have eaten all freakin’ night. I have no idea what was going on with me! I mean, I was doing so well until I got on the train. I had my Hulk and then I cooked up this bad boy, a la Ms. Angela:

PB & J Oatmeal Parfait + delicious book = happiness

But now, my tummy hurts. So I guess that’s what I get.

I’m so excited to go to Zumba at 9:30 to test out my new heart rate monitor!

Isn’t it cuteable? Do you like how my flowers are in almost every picture I post? 🙂

So, that’s what’s up today. I hope I don’t eat myself out of house and home. Do you ever have those days when you’d eat the kitchen sink if it weren’t bolted down? Do tell!

I’ll leave you with this adorable picture of Sammy and Chloe cuddling — they don’t do it often, so it fills me with sweet gooeyness when I catch it!

  1. Your HR monitor is so cute!! I love it!

I think we have similar wine glasses, the parfait looks heavenly!

  2. Argh, I hate days like that, when nothing seems to fill me up. I blame the hormoneys.

  3. My eating turned into a bit of disaster last night, too! I blame “Fat Tuesday” mentality. 🙂

At least you jumped right back on the green monster bandwagon this morning! My green juice made me feel SO much better this morning. I love my Breville juicer. I hope you get one for your wedding! We were surprised how much our guests didn’t use our registry…. but that’s life, I guess. We did get some wedding money, which helped us buy the things we didn’t get! (I’m thinking a Vita-mix is in order… asap!)

Love the polar heart rate monitor! My best friend uses that one, but her dog just ate the chest strap! Be careful with it once it gets sweaty! I have the Garmin one, and it’s a dripping mess after I run! Gross. 😉
