1 package of firm tofu
1/2 c nutritional yeast
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
a sprinkle of tumeric (mostly for the egg color!)
generous dousing of onion and garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Crumble tofu into a nonstick pan. You don’t need any oil or spray. Bring to medium heat and add the nutritional yeast. Cook for about 5 minutes or so, until liquid forms in the pan. Add all your seasonings and simmer on medium for about 7-8 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on medium high. Serve!
