  • 1 cup tofu scramble
  • 1 cup granola
  • TLC crackers w/ red pepper hummus
  • 2 glasses vino

Tuesday 2/2/10           Wedding Workout: upper body, abs, cardio

  • Smoothie (amazing grass, papaya, almond milk)
  • Kalemix + tofu scramble
  • Green smoothie (230)
  • 1 orange, 1/2 lara bar
  • Kalemix, tofu scramble, sauerkraut
  • Kombucha tea
  • 1 Arnold thin with Earth balance

Wednesday 2/3/10    Wedding Workout: lower body, cardio

  • Smoothie (280)
  • Kalemix
  • 1/2 Arnold thin, 1 tsp almond butter
  • 2 cups green tea
  • 1 masala burger +kale and sauerkraut
  • 1 breakfast cookie

Thursday 2/4/10            Wedding Workout: upper body and cardio

  • Green monster
  • breakfast cookie
  • scrambled tofu, kale+b. sprouts
  • Green monster
  • Pure Bar
  • Tortilla pizza with kale and b/sprouts

Friday 2/5/10     Wedding Workout: abs and cardio| Zumba 1 hr

  • Green monster
  • breakfast cookie
  • 1 spicy tuna roll
  • 1 steamed veggie dumpling
  • kalemix + tofu scramble
  • Green Monster
  • Tortilla pizza w/ masala burger and veggies
  • 2 glasses wine
  • handful olives
  • thin breadsticks

Saturday 2/6/10                   Zumba beginner

  • Green monster
  • Tortilla pizza w/ masala burger (approx 250)
  • sprouted toast with scrambled tofu and salsa
  • Green smoothie
  • LOTS OF TEQUILA
  • 4 breaded chicken bites
  • Whiskey?
  • Flour tortillas with black beans, veggies, and guac

Sunday 2/7/10 and Monday 2/8/10 BLACK OUT DAYS, AYE CARUMBA SUPERBOWL

Tuesday 2/9/10           Zumba 1 hr

  • Green monster w/ sun warrior protein
  • Tortilla mexican pizza
  • Quinoa + veggies cooked in coco oil
  • Soy latte
  • Lara bar
  • 2 oz tofu and veggies
  • AB + coco chips on romaine (gross)

Wednesday 2/10/10            Arms + Zumba

  • Green Monster with SW
  • 1/2 lara bar
  • 5 blue corn chips with salsa and guac
  • 1 baked potato with earth balance, guac, b.beans, and salsa (mexican)
  • Chia seed pudding
  • 3/4 zuke noodles and sesame dressing
  • 1/2 lavash with tofu and lettuce

Thursday 2/11/10        Wedding Workout: Lower body, Cardio | Zumba 1 hr

  • Green monster with SW
  • breakfast cookie
  • mexican baked potato
  • chips & guac
  • handful coco chips
  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta with earth balance and nutritional yeast
  • Green monster with protein, AB
  • 1/2 arnold thin with a masala burger
